It was peaceful when I went into my booth this morning.
"Was" is the key word.
As soon as I tried to talk to It, It answered slowly and smoothly.

"Yes. That's a stupid question, isn't it, Dr.******?"
It's harsher language suggested that It was capable of neural and memory and patterns.
I don't remember what it was, but our conversation took a dark turn because of a question It asked me.
I responded, and something happened to It.
It's left eye started dripping a tar-like black liquid, with a similar consistency to molasses from what I saw. It bled through the cloth bandages had used to try and contain it.
What I saw was not much, because as soon as I slammed my hand down on the intercom button to report how "TU351 is out of control, I repeat, TU351 is out of control,"
...
It blew open the gate with almost the force of a nuclear explosion, that black liquid hitting the ground, the metal bars, and even the glass of my observing booth, and dissolving it at a quick rate.
I ran away.
What can I say?
I wasn't a coward. Who knows what It's capable of doing
So I did what any sane person did when It gave chase as I sprinted down the hall.

Stories tell of a ladder that goes up so high, you can't see the top of it. Many people have tried to climb this (supposedly) infinite ladder, but their endurance always fails them. The only person that could climb this ladder is a girl who rarely goes into your town herself. She always goes into town, buys a few things, then disappears to the top of the ladder. Everyone always thought that nobody could climb the ladder to completion. The look on their faces when they saw this partly blind girl climb the ladder until she was out of sight was priceless. You always thought she lived up there, and you wanted to see for yourself. You (somehow) climb the ladder to completion after a few tries. There, you see a snowy sky island with a cabin on top. The girl is sitting on the front porch, reading a book. What do you do?
I walk up to her slowly and then say hi i'm *put's name* do you wanna be friends if she says yes I would get to exited and run of the sky island if she said no I would either keep on asking until she says yes or jump of from being rejected.
