Ok so I have a cat. I love my cat, and he has anxiety. Now a whole thing happened, so me and my family had to be separated, me my mom an my sister travelled to another country, while my dad and other sister stayed. My sister is coming soon because she's finishing college, meaning no one can feed Sugar since my dad is out most of the day for work. Which means Sugar has to come here. Since Sugar has anxiety, we can't keep him in the carrier because it stresses him out, and we also have to keep him with us on the plane, being separated from us will make him stressed. But to do all of that, we need proof of his anxiety somehow. How do we do that?

What if one day, I achieved my dream job then i’d wake up and realize that I’m just a kid and it was just a dream that happened over the span of 8 hours despite it feeling like years had passed. Is thag why everything I eat doesn’t feel like I ate it?

Ok, if you don’t know, I was diagnosed with G.A.D (Generalized Anxiety Disorder) when I went to therapy in 2020. It’s pretty self-explanatory. It’s just general anxiety over basically just living. There’s no obvious reason to be stressed out and it’s a bit random, but also super persistent. I can be stressed out about money, school, a random disaster happening out of nowhere for no apparent reason. And not many people have it, about 6.8 million out of 8 billion people have GAD. So I have no one to relate to 🎉 (no one I know at least)

Anyway not the point. Point is, I’m having an ✨anxiety attack✨ (not a panic attack. Anxiety attacks are less severe) but IDK WHY ITS HAPPENING AND I WANG IT TO STOP LIKE I TRIED IRONING STUFF AND FOLDING STUFF AND EATING BUT ITS STILL HAPPENING OMG WHY
