Let’s start with my oh so greaf Generalized Anxiety Disorder:
Ok so I have difficulty walking up or down stairs cause I have a fear of falling and I also have anxiety so stairs not really my thing. I tend to shake a lot and lose balance easily so I need to be careful when walking up or down stairs.
Next I have an eating problem. Sometimes when I eat the food just… idk. It feels like it’s moving down my throat very slowly and painfully but not like it’s scratching my throat. More like it’s sore if yk what I mean? Sometimes it passes and I’m fine other times I have to go vomit. According to my therapist my anxiety is what’s causing it.
Sometimes I get kinda dizzy or light headed. It’s not a big deal tho.
I have some difficulty focusing.
Next up: MY DEPRESSO:
I experience extreme fatigue sometimes.
The feeling of needing to cry but being un able to... I HATE IT
Sometimes I feel like I'm suffocating but can still breathe :D
Next up is this would take years if I actually went through everything so that's all you're getting.
it’s not an exact symptom- it’s a product of one of the other symptoms but it can be caused by other things so it’s not certain. And yes they could be depressed that’s why I told them if they feel liek that to go see a therapist.
No we’ll be wearing a plastic covering over our costume- or if you’re smart you’ll just change into something that matches your costume but you wouldn’t mind getting it dirty before the game starts and I have a lot of clothes that would be fine… since they already have aint stains.

No that does not mean you are depressed but if you think you are or you have any symptoms it's good to see a therapist.
