Your efforts, however, are thrown out the window when you, unfortunately, get caught by a scouting party, you are shot in the back with a dart that knocks you out, and you wake up in a jail-like cell with the numbers 197 on the cell wall in big orange letters. You walk to the front of the cell and bang on the glass as hard as you can to break it. You fail, This glass is stronger than you thought. A Few Hours later you are called for a test of strength, power(s) ((if you have one)), and more. Some of it was extremely painful. After the test, a scientist approached you and started to talk with you. The scientist was quite nice and caring, and when you finish your conversation the two of you are friends. You are able to meet some other hybrids and one monster, some of the hybrids you meet are friendly, others- not-. You make friends with some of them and one day, you realize that you have an insy wincey teeny tiny crush on the scientist that came around to talk with you nearly every day.

Many eons ago, the world was one continent, being ruled by one king and queen. Separate from Earth but nearby was the kingdom of the Moon, ruled by a Queen Regent until the princess came of age. Overtime, the people of Earth grew bitter towards the moon, as the people there possessed magical properties that Earth wish to take for themselves. Despite this, the princess grew curious about this place that mistrusted her, and began to visit the Earth's kingdom more and more often to sneak glimpses into their lives. She was caught by the prince, and despite the hate between their two kingdoms, a romance grew between them. Calamity struck however, when Earth's armies invaded the moon. The forces of the moon were quickly overwhelmed, and the princess captured. The prince pleaded with his mother and their forces to let the moon live, that they were not their enemies, but his pleas fell on deaf ears. The queen went to run the princess through with her sword, but the prince took that blow for her, dying in the princess's arms. Nearly an eternity later, the prince and princess were reincarnated on Earth as average high school students, the memories of their past lives sealed away.
There's like-more, but that's the basic premise so yeeeeeeeeee-
Plot:. The princess/prince of the underwater kingdom was never allowed outside, they desire to see the world outside wanting to explore and see the world. So one night, they sneak out and was- scared. The world was scary, all the strangers/people, All the bright lights. They got overwhelmed, and swam quickly away from the town and got hopelessly lost, They swam into the kelp forest getting more and more lost in the deep, huge forest. They met another merman/mermaid in the forest, an outcast from another kingdom. The outcast lead the princess/prince back to the castle, on the long travel back they have gotten to know each other, and become friends. The princess/prince has suck out to learn about the bright, scary outside world with the outcast. A few months after their meeting the princess/prince realized that they have fallen hopelessly in love with the outcast, and has no idea what to do. They know that their parents would not allow this love for the outcast to grow or at least happen at all, how will this all turn out? No idea.
