Well hello there it is me a choir kid who takes singing lessons. So honestly just do a lot of vocal warmups on a scale going up. I personally like "I love to sing" If you know that one, it's pretty common. You have to stretch your vocal cords to hit high notes and sort of make your vowels and mouth more elongated, and that one forces you too. Also lots of vocal sighs.
