They can change the past but their limit is 1 week into the past and after the quirk is used they will lose energy and become weaker for that day so the more it is used in a day the weaker they get.
Personality: really fun but not all over the place and also really calm.
She can control water with her mind and with enough practice she may be able to use ice too. She can walk on water and is an insanely fast swimmer due to her fins pure skill and her quirk.
