Miss Mabel Stygian
Miss Mabel Stygian of Abelwood Manor is an eccentric young woman who refuses to leave her mansion, even when threatened.
She is sophisticated, and claims to know nothing of her uncle's disappearance*.
She lives alone, not a soul with her. The nearest town is approximately 783 meters away from the edge of her property.
She cooks for herself, but only can cook meat. These culinary skills do not come in handy, as the only oven in the manor has a tendency to run at higher degrees than it would be set. Miss Mabel has not realized this, and continues to wonder why her meals are always blackened.
She feeds a small nest of crows that has nested in a crevice near the top of her porch, as the mother forgot where the nest was, as it was hidden well out of sight.
Miss Stygian has a fondness of mythology** of all cultures, and has an extensive library and memory bank of the stories.
She spends her days cleaning every nook and cranny in the manor, and nestling in a chair in her library.
The books she picks up frequently are usually the works of H.P. Lovecraft.
*Miss Stygian inherited the manor, but not from her uncle. It was from his wife, who was convicted for his disappearance.
**Miss Stygian is especially fond of Greek mythology, stemming from the roots of her family name, Stygian. It means; relating to the river Styx or Hades.
