Ok, if you don’t know, I was diagnosed with G.A.D (Generalized Anxiety Disorder) when I went to therapy in 2020. It’s pretty self-explanatory. It’s just general anxiety over basically just living. There’s no obvious reason to be stressed out and it’s a bit random, but also super persistent. I can be stressed out about money, school, a random disaster happening out of nowhere for no apparent reason. And not many people have it, about 6.8 million out of 8 billion people have GAD. So I have no one to relate to 🎉 (no one I know at least)
Anyway not the point. Point is, I’m having an ✨anxiety attack✨ (not a panic attack. Anxiety attacks are less severe) but IDK WHY ITS HAPPENING AND I WANG IT TO STOP LIKE I TRIED IRONING STUFF AND FOLDING STUFF AND EATING BUT ITS STILL HAPPENING OMG WHY
I'm sorry, but Haikyuu is the best sports anime ever- IDEC, you can try to convince me it's any other sports anime, but you will not. Why? BC Haikyuu is adorable, and fun, and interesting. I legitimately cannot point out a flaw in it. Then again I also can't point out a flaw in most things I like.

If anyone ever holds you at gunpoint, immediately, say your name and things about your life like your pets your family your friends your dreams hopes and aspirations. Anything to make the person holding the gun see that you're a person and you have a future and a life. It'll lower the chances of them pulling the trigger. And also, look them in the eyes, straight in the eyes. It'll make them uncomfortable. Perhaps this will save your life one day.
