Ok, if you don’t know, I was diagnosed with G.A.D (Generalized Anxiety Disorder) when I went to therapy in 2020. It’s pretty self-explanatory. It’s just general anxiety over basically just living. There’s no obvious reason to be stressed out and it’s a bit random, but also super persistent. I can be stressed out about money, school, a random disaster happening out of nowhere for no apparent reason. And not many people have it, about 6.8 million out of 8 billion people have GAD. So I have no one to relate to 🎉 (no one I know at least)
Anyway not the point. Point is, I’m having an ✨anxiety attack✨ (not a panic attack. Anxiety attacks are less severe) but IDK WHY ITS HAPPENING AND I WANG IT TO STOP LIKE I TRIED IRONING STUFF AND FOLDING STUFF AND EATING BUT ITS STILL HAPPENING OMG WHY
I'm sorry, but Haikyuu is the best sports anime ever- IDEC, you can try to convince me it's any other sports anime, but you will not. Why? BC Haikyuu is adorable, and fun, and interesting. I legitimately cannot point out a flaw in it. Then again I also can't point out a flaw in most things I like.
