Actually did you know the Chinese dragon is traditionally based off water rather than fire. The way it moves (according to tapestries and stories) even resembles running water. The misconception that it is based of fire came from the more English dragons the ones with big wings and such. Overtime people started mixing stories and confusions happened so most people think Chinese dragons originated from fire. Little fun fact I know.
