quirk: (i havent thought of a name for it) basically, she control the wind and wind currents. so say . . there was a large explosion or something and the wind went beserk she would be able to calm it down. but she can only control it. she cant make air move. luckily air is always and consistantly flowing and move so she can move that wind, make it strong, and calm it down. (hopefully, you get the huge disadvantage against deletion quirks)

disabilities?: eh . . just small asthma, yes she has asthma attacks but not alot. like rarely ever happens
